Energy saving, because there is a lot of ball between the screw shaft of the ball screw pair and the lead screw nut, so that the rolling motion is made, so the movement efficiency is high. That is, if the same load is driven, the ball screw can be used with smaller driving power, thereby reducing costs and saving energy.

Ball screw is generally a little expensive, but on its transmission speed, service life, accuracy and other characteristics of comprehensive consideration, cost-effective is very high.
5、Long service life
The surface damage of the rolling friction is small, so the maintenance life of the ball screw is high when the cleaning, lubrication and other conditions meet.
6、No backlash, high rigidity
The ball screw can be pressed, because the pressure can make the axial clearance reach negative value, and then get higher rigidity. (in the ball screw, by adding pressure to the ball, when it is used in a mechanical device, because of the repulsion of the ball, the rigidity of the mother part of the silk is enhanced).
7、No self-locking
Generally, the self-locking is inversely proportional to the transmission efficiency, and the higher the transmission efficiency is, the smaller the self-locking is. Therefore, the ball screw is almost free of self lock.
