1、Wipe off the antirust oil on the base of the parts with an oil removing agent. Because the base surface of the rust removing oil is easy to rust, therefore, the paint with low viscosity can be used again.
2、The side base surface of the component 1~3 is positioned on the side base surface of the step, and the screws are fixed on the base surface of the bed and the sliding table by screws, and the tightening force is not too large, so that the bottom surface of the component can be tightly jointed with the relative base surface. Press the parts tightly with the press plate so that the sides of the parts are close to the mounting datum. Tighten the mounting screws of the parts one by one with the torque specified by the torque wrench. Tighten the screws from the center to the ends in the cross order.
3、Make adjustment of side parts 4 temporarily.
4、Carefully insert the cage near the center.
5、Fit the end block at the end of the rail.
6、Move the slider around to the end and adjust the cage to the center of the bed.
7、Hit the meter at the center and side of the slide.
8、Move the slide to the end of one side, and make sure that the adjusting screw is tightened at the end of the adjusting bolt.
9、Move the slide to the end of the other side. Tighten the method as gently as possible.
10、Slide the slide into the center position and screw down the adjusting screws.
11、Repeat 8-10 steps and adjust the clearance of the slide to 0.
12、Refer to the torque values given in the following table, tighten the adjusting screws in accordance with the 8-10 step.
13、Finally tighten the part 4. Similar to the fastening step of the adjusting screw, move the slide table to ensure that the fastening bolt is facing the roller.
